"Bayou Beast Seasoning is a personal blend I came up with a few years ago. My ancestors came to Louisiana from France in 1720 and we came from a rich heritage of hunting, fishing, and cooking. I personally make old-style Dugout Pirogues, Handmade Cane Calls, Wooden Duck Decoys, and now, my own seasoning. I'm all about keeping my old traditions alive and this Bayou Beast Creole Seasoning is a good blend of seasoning that can be used on anything.
